A places listing that works for you
Put your spaces, capacities, menus and character in front of Hosts choosing where a celebration will happen. Begin privately, then publish when your Venue is ready.
The gobblr system
A Venue runs the day. A Host brings the people together. Guests say yes, choose their plate and turn up hungry. gobblr keeps the same celebration clear for everyone.
For Venues
The listing, the diary, the choices and the kitchen detail all belong together.

Start with a free places listing. When you are ready, add the Operations Suite that carries an event from the first enquiry to the final pass.
Put your spaces, capacities, menus and character in front of Hosts choosing where a celebration will happen. Begin privately, then publish when your Venue is ready.
Hosts can ask about a date, and the conversation stays with the enquiry. Your team sees what is being asked for without digging through inboxes.
Build a menu library, or bring in the PDF or Word menus you already use. Attach the right menu to each celebration, without rebuilding it from scratch.
Keep every celebration, room and session together in one calendar. Your team can see what is happening and where, before two parties are promised the same space.
Draw your spaces once, place tables for each event and seat the guests who are coming. Those seats flow straight through to the pass.
Live prep counts, pass sheets and allergen summaries are built from confirmed guest choices, ready to print when service is near.
For Hosts
Keep every moving part of your celebration together, then give your guests one simple way to reply.
Start with a Venue from the places listing, use a place you already know, or set the location later while the rest of the celebration takes shape.
Before the invitation goes out, the Venue, menu, price and arrival time are all clear. When a Venue is involved, both sides can agree the plan.
Share one invitation link or its QR code. Your guests reply, choose their food and let the kitchen know what they cannot eat.
See who is coming, who has chosen and who needs chasing. You can add people yourself, or let a shared guest list fill up naturally.
Once the invitations are out, lay out the tables and seat the people who are coming. Your Venue can reuse its room plan, while you decide who sits where.
Open a printable guest list showing who is coming, what they chose and what the kitchen needs to know, table by table.
For guests
A guest needs a clear invitation, good food and the confidence that the kitchen has heard them. That is the whole point.
Your first reply works straight from the link your Host sends. Say yes and your gobblr account remembers dietary details and keeps every invitation in one place.
Reply for yourself and any plus-ones. If you do not know all the names yet, add them later without holding up the rest of the guest list.
Pick each course from the menu in front of you. Come back and change your choice until the date set by the Host or Venue.
Share allergies, dietary needs and a note for the kitchen as you reply. When you sign in, save those details to use again at your next feast.
Your invitation keeps the date, Venue, full address and directions together, so there is no last-minute search through the group chat.
Create an account with the email you use for invitations and bookings. Your upcoming and past feasts gather in one calm place.

We are building secure QR entry for the Venue team and the public events listing. The aim is the same: less chasing, more time around the table.
