gobblr is a celebration-management service operated by Fourteen Seed Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16940050) with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. It helps Venues present their places and helps Hosts organise food-led celebrations.

Please use gobblr lawfully and provide information that is accurate, current and yours to share. Keep your account access details secure, and tell us if you believe someone else has used your account without permission.

A Venue is responsible for the information in its listing, including its spaces, availability, food offer, prices and booking terms.

gobblr helps a Venue and Host manage an event, including invitations, guest replies, menu choices and dietary information. The Venue remains responsible for its own place, food, service and the terms it agrees with its Host, including food safety and allergen handling at the event itself.

Cancellation, refund and payment arrangements must be made clear to the Host before an event goes live.

You keep ownership of the content you add to gobblr. You give us permission to host, display and use that content only as needed to run and improve the service. Do not add content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights.

You agree that gobblr may use data from events run on gobblr in anonymised and aggregated form, never identifying you, your venue, your business or your guests, to produce industry insights, benchmarking and product improvements. Nothing that identifies your venue is ever shared without your written consent.

We are developing gobblr and may change, improve or pause parts of the service. We will take reasonable care, but cannot promise that the service will always be available or free from errors. We may update these terms from time to time; if a change matters, we will refresh the date at the top and flag it to account holders.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, and these terms are governed by that law.
